ELHS GenAI Copilot Platform

Streamline generative AI (GenAI) learning, applying, and research in healthcare, helping you create your own open-source large language model (LLM) and GenAI copilot.

As reviewed in our paper in the Journal of Hospital Management and Health Policy, the intrinsic power of GenAI drives its democratization in healthcare, enabling every medical student, doctor, and healthcare professional to conveniently use GenAI for medical education, clinical training, healthcare assistance, and research.

Learning
Chat with Multiple GenAI Chatbots

Learn from expert-level answers, diagnostic predictions, and guideline-like knowledge offered by top GenAI chatbots, including ChatGPT and Gemini. Accelerate your medical education and clinical training using this Copilot.

MyLLM
Deploy My Open-Source LLM

Compare multiple LLMs to identify an open-source LLM that can predict your healthcare tasks. Deploy the LLM with a chatbot in your environment and fine-tune them, creating your own copilot for daily use in healthcare delivery.

Research
Study Clinical Cases with GenAI

Use this Copilot to analyze your clinical cases and assist in decision-making. Evaluate the effectiveness of GenAI for various healthcare tasks. Publish your new findings on GenAI's benefits in healthcare.

Streamlining Your Healthcare GenAI Journey

At the ELHS Institute, we are committed to democratizing GenAI to help achieve global health equity. To this end, we provide the GenAI Copilot platform for free, accelerating the integration of GenAI into healthcare. With Copilot's streamlined learning, deployment, and research processes, users—including doctors, medical students, and healthcare professionals—can quickly benefit from GenAI in their medical education and careers.
  1. Benchmarking Scoreboards: Users can explore GenAI's potential in healthcare through systematic benchmarking scoreboards, which gradually establish a GenAI prediction baseline for various healthcare tasks.
  2. Integration of Multiple LLMs: Conveniently chat with top LLMs for free on any topic or healthcare task, including:
    • OpenAI's ChatGPT
    • Google's Gemini
    • Baidu's Ernie (yiyan)
    • Meta's Llama
    • Google's Gemma
    • Mistral AI's Mistral
  3. Clinical Case Analysis: Analyze clinical cases using multiple LLMs and automatically link predicted diseases to GenAI-based clinical learning guides, accelerating your clinical learning and training.
  4. LLM Comparison: Compare the best commercial and open-source LLMs to identify the right open-source LLM that suits your needs as a baseline model to optimize healthcare delivery.
  5. Open LLM Validation: Validate basic healthcare tasks for high-impact diseases, helping doctors select the right open LLMs to deploy with a chatbot and fine-tune for future copilot use.
  6. Healthcare GenAI Research: Conduct healthcare GenAI evaluation research more efficiently within collaborative teams, producing high-quality data and evidence of GenAI's clinical benefits for publication.

How Can Multiple LLMs Accelerate My Medical Education and Clinical Learning?

In Copilot's Learning module, you can choose one or multiple top LLMs to answer your questions. If you want to diagnose a clinical case or check a patient's symptoms, you can select predefined tasks such as "Diagnostic Prediction" or "Symptom Checking." The predicted diseases will be automatically linked to clinical learning guides generated from GenAI healthcare knowledge for further study. Connecting your GenAI chats with in-context learning guides streamlines your medical education in the new GenAI era. (See our Learning Copilot concept paper published by JAMA)

How Can I Create My Own LLM and Copilot?

By testing and comparing the top open-source and commercial LLMs in the Learning module, and validating and trying out an open-source LLM in the platform's MyLLM module, you can identify an open-source LLM suited for your healthcare task. Then, download the free LLM and deploy it with a chatbot in your controlled environment for you and your team to use in research and practice. You can further fine-tune the LLM with your data to enhance its performance, gradually training it to become your own GenAI copilot, helping you optimize healthcare delivery.

How Can I Conduct Healthcare GenAI Research with Multiple LLMs?

In Copilot's Research module, you can analyze clinical cases using different commercial and open-source LLMs, evaluate and compare their usefulness in assisting decision-making, track your case studies, and organize cases into research projects. To help you get started quickly, we provide practical research ideas suitable for doctors and medical students conducting GenAI research. You can also learn more from Copilot's GenAI research approaches and study protocols.
